Care Assistant in Gosport - 37 Hours per week - Days or Nights available
£12.60 per hour, £12.71 per hour with an NVQ 2, £13.06 per hour with an NVQ 3

The Role of the Care Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and meal times.
Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a warm and positive environment.
Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the care home.
Support residents to participate in recreational activities and maintain their independence where possible.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure residents’ needs are met.
A real passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the lives of the residents we support.
