Caretaker
Winchester
Start Date: ASAP
£29,494 per year
One of our clients within the Winchester are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis with the view to start ASAP.
Working hours are 40 per week over 5 days, Mon - Fri - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Assist with general basic day to day repairs and maintenance including painting
Deliveries, accepting and distributing
Act as 'hands on' lead and front-line supervisor for the cleaning teams to deliver a quality service.
Open and secure the buildings
Oversee Subcontractors
Act as the main point of contact in fire evacuations or emergency procedures
Response to jobs from Helpdesk
Candidate Requirement:
Experience working within a similar role
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
H&S Knowledge
Must be able to pass a DBS Check
