Mobile - Plymouth/South West
£30,000 - £33,000
Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Van, Tools & Fuel Card Provided!
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for a great Small Works provider based out of Swansea, for a small works carpenter / fabric engineer to support across multiple commercial sites in the South of the UK and sometimes beyond as and when required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the successful Engineer:
* Ability to provide clean and efficient works across a multitude of sites ranging from commercial, to industrial and government buildings.
* Provide a reactive and installation service
* Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
* Carry out modifications and installations when required
* Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
* Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
* Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience:
* City & Guilds Level 2 carpentry and joiner or NVQ Level 2
* Previous reactive, install or projects experience in a commercial environment and be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
* Very well presented
* Client facing experience (desirable)
