Job Description
Join a leading Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company as a Carpenter-Multi in the Wiltshire area. You'll carry out various carpentry and multi-trade repairs in residential properties. A company van and fuel card will be provided for travel.
Key Duties:
1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Install windows, doors, frames (internal & external)
UPVC work, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting
Minor plumbing, tiling, painting, patch plastering
Benefits:

£335 tool allowance & £450 flexible benefits
25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30)

Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years experience
