We're currently recruiting for a skilled Case Maker to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton.
Working Hours:
Day shift – Monday to Friday,
Pay Rate:
Around £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
As a Case Maker, you’ll be responsible for building bespoke wooden cases used for packing and transportation. This role involves:
Working from technical drawings to assemble cases to specification
Installing hinges, toggles, latches, and other fittings
Using hand tools and air tools confidently and safely
Ensuring finished cases meet quality and durability standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous woodworking experience is essential
Case making or carpentry/joinery experience is highly desirable
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Comfortable using a range of tools and workshop equipment
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
