As a Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity of collaborating and observing trained professionals such as experienced SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists. The ability to gain vital experience and to learn from specialist professionals will give you a solid foundation for your career. As a Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work with young learners who portray nonconforming behaviour that needs specialist adult intervention.
