A globally-known construction and property consultancy is looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham office.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
This is a standout opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to become part of a highly regarded team, working across an impressive array of high-profile projects spanning the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and public sectors.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will take on a diverse workload, delivering both professional and project-led services. Responsibilities will include conducting building surveys, undertaking detailed defect analysis, advising on technical due diligence, and managing refurbishment and redevelopment schemes from inception to completion.

The Chartered Building Surveyor
Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
MRICS or close to completing APC
Experience within a similar consultancy environment
Both project & professional experience
