Provide building maintenance advice
Conduct building condition surveys
Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and drawings for capital improvement projects
Oversee contract administration, including drafting standard contract forms
Manage annual capital programs of work across multiple sites
Develop strong client relationshipsKey Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
BSc in Building Surveying or a similar qualification, or equivalent experience
Practical understanding of commercial property
Be a chartered Surveyor
Experience within the education sector is a plus, but not essential
Strategic problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
