Chartered Building Surveyor | £49.2K–£59.2K + Bonus + Hybrid

Exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to lead high-profile commercial refurbishments & ESG-focused projects. Work with top-tier clients in industrial, logistics, office & retail sectors, while shaping the future of sustainable property development!

📌 Your Role
* Lead refurb projects (£250K–£10M) in industrial & commercial sectors
* Manage key client relationships & drive business growth
* Mentor junior surveyors & help shape the service offering
* Act as project lead, running the project from start to finish including invoicing, specifications, budgets and WIP.
🎯 What You’ll Need
✔ MRICS qualification
✔ Experience in industrial & commercial sectors
✔ Ability to lead projects & take ownership
✔ Passion for ESG & sustainability (advantageous)
