Work across commercial, industrial, retail, and prime residential projects up to £150M.
You will ideally have strong experience in:

Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
*
Project Monitoring
*
Building client relationships and ensuring quality delivery
📈 Skills & Experience Required

Chartered MRICS (or nearly qualified)
*
Experience in TDD or project monitoring
*
Strong communication and a commercial mindset
