We're looking for an AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor to join a supportive and close-knit team covering some of Cornwall's most beautiful areas-including St Ives, Falmouth, Padstow, Crantock, Perranporth, Port Isaac, and St Mawes. Whether you're recently qualified or bring years of experience, this is a chance to do meaningful work while enjoying the lifestyle Cornwall has to offer.
Job Role
You'll carry out HomeBuyer and Building Surveys, along with private valuations and some mortgage valuation work for lenders like RBS, Lloyds, and Handelsbanken.
Expect variety - from compact cottages to clifftop homes for high-net-worth clients. Every day is different, but always rewarding.
You'll work flexibly, often from home or out in the field, and always with full support from our experienced and welcoming team.

Requirements
AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (open to all levels, including recently qualified surveyors)
Ideally 1+ year post-qualification experience, but not essential
Strong interest in residential property and a commitment to client care
Empathetic, approachable, and motivated
Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
