Position: MRICS/FRICS Senior Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer
Location: North East England
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + benefits
A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Surveyor to join their expanding team in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to play a key role in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out RICS-compliant valuations of residential properties for purposes such as secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews.

Produce detailed market analysis and high-quality valuation reports.

Manage and strengthen client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for new business.
*
Support junior surveyors through mentoring and APC guidance.
*
Participate in business development and networking initiatives.
*
Keep current on local market trends, legislation, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
*
MRICS or FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
*
Strong track record in residential property valuation.
*
In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and relevant regulations.
*
Effective communicator with strong written reporting abilities.
*
Skilled in valuation software and Microsoft Office tools.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
