Maintain Standards: Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are upheld at all times.
Monitor Efficiency: Oversee portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Leadership: Run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
