About You:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar quality-led environment
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
