Chef De Partie
An exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie has arisen with an independently owned pub & restaurant based in Yarm. You will be required to work alongside and be a part of a friendly small kitchen team, ran by our Head Chef.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
* Producing high quality, fresh locally sourced food on a high volume basis with experience within a similar industry.
* The candidate will be responsible for section stock control
* Ordering
* Preparation and cooking of dishes
* Must have good organisation and communication skills.
All candidates must provide references, proof of identity and eligibility to work in the UK along with relevant supporting qualifications.
