What's involved?
As a Chef de Partie with previous hotel experience, you'll play a key role in the kitchen brigade. You'll work closely with a passionate Head Chef to craft delicious, seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients. Whether you're leading a section or helping train junior chefs, your creativity and precision will be visible, and you'll thrive under the pressure of a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes for a variety of dining services, using fresh ingredients
Checking the menu each day and creating a list of tasks to be completed
Leading your section efficiently during busy service times
Supporting menu development and bringing your culinary ideas to the table
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Coaching and inspiring Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters
To carry out any additional duties as requested by the Head Chef or Sous ChefStaff accommodation is available with this position, should you be relocating from outside of the area.
