We’re looking for a hands-on Chef/Kitchen Manager to run the newly refurbished café in Bristol – an exciting venue with a unique setting and a consistent, daytime-only schedule.
The Offer:
Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
Full-time, permanent role with structured day shifts
Weekend availability needed – but no late nights

The Role:
You’ll lead the kitchen operation day-to-day – menu delivery, prep, service, and managing the small team around you. It’s fresh, simple food done well – from soups and sandwiches to more creative dishes and sweet bakes, with plenty of input into seasonal ideas.
What You’ll Need:
Solid kitchen experience – ideally in a café or casual dining setting
Confident managing a team and overseeing smooth daily service
Knowledge of food safety, cost control, and stock management
Calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely proud of what you put on the plate
Must be available weekends and bank holidays – no evenings
