We are looking for a knowledgeable and confident Supply Chemistry Teacher to deliver high-quality science lessons across [KS3 / KS4 / KS5] in a variety of secondary school settings. Duties as Chemistry Teacher:
Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons following the school's curriculum and plans
Foster curiosity, problem-solving, and scientific understanding in students
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold school policies
Provide continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment
Ideal Chemistry Teacher:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent international qualification
A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach Chemistry confidently at secondary level
Adaptability, classroom presence, and excellent communication skills as a Chemistry Teacher.
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
