Role - CHILDRENDS RESPONSIBILE INDIVIDUAL c£75k - £80K + Bonus + Benefits
My client is a leader in their field with an outstanding record for exemplary care management. They are looking for an experienced Childrens Responsibile Individual. You would be working in an independent company with strong core values based on developing a caring and supportive environment for young people with Emotional Behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
Further Information & Key Skills & Responsibilities
* Previous experience as a Responsible Individual.
* Significant senior leadership experience in children’s residential care, including direct experience of supporting services for children with EBD.
* NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or Equivalent.
* Thorough understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and trauma informed practice.
* Proven ability to meet regulatory requirements and engage positively with Ofsted.
* Experience in quality assurance, service development and staff management.
* Clear enhanced DBS check and full UK driving licence.
