🏡 About the Service
We're on an exciting journey to deliver therapeutic children’s homes across Leicestershire for young people aged 8–18 who have experienced trauma 💔.
This brand-new home in Syston will support up to 3 children at a time, giving them the chance to grow, heal, make friends, and build confidence 🧠🌟.
While this home will be your base, you’ll need to be flexible to help cover shifts at other homes in Hinckley, Coalville, Mountsorrel & Braunstone when needed 🚗.
👩👧👦 What You’ll Be Doing:
🤝 Build strong, nurturing relationships
🧠 Support independence, wellbeing, and emotional growth
👨👩👧👦 Work closely with families and professionals
🏠 Help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe space
📝 Keep accurate, up-to-date records
🛡 Uphold safeguarding practices and create a protective environment
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete it)
💖 A real passion for helping young people thrive
🧠 Understanding of safeguarding children and young people
⏰ Flexibility to work sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
✅ Experience is a bonus, but we welcome those eager to learn with the right attitude!
