Children’s Home Team Leader
Location: Rotherham
Hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
Job type: Permanent – Full Time
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum plus £50 sleep in rate
We are looking for Children’s Home Team Leaders for our clients Residential Children’s homes based in Hatfield
Our client is a provider of residential children’s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.
As a Team Leader, you will assist the deputy and home manager in leading, motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.
Salary and Benefits:
· £24,000- £28,000 per annum + £50 sleep in rate

Minimum requirements for this Children’s Home Team Leader position are:
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
* Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children’s Home
* Leadership experience in residential childcare
* Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
* Hold a full UK Driving LicenseBefore You Apply
