Civils Operative – Paving the Way for Full Fibre Connectivity 🚀

Join an established broadband provider on their mission to bring hyper-fast, reliable broadband to rural communities. As part of their expansion, we’re seeking skilled Civils Operatives to support fibre installations across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Your Role:

Clear blockages and complete civils works (track work, chamber builds, core drills)
*
Use rod & rope techniques to install subduct/cables
*
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to high standards
*
Ensure compliance with Openreach and health & safety regulations
*
Complete digital job documentation
*
Flexible weekend work (when required)
What We’re Looking For:
📌 NRSWA & PIA certifications
🚜 Experience with: Excavators, plate compactors, Stihl saws
🔧 Background in telecoms, civils, or fibre works
🚗 Full UK driver’s licence
💪 Ability to work independently or as part of a team
