Salary: From £23,500 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible Working Patterns Available)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Specialist to join a growing team. As part of this role, you will manage a caseload of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding service. You will also handle complex liability and high-value cases, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims.
*
Conduct thorough liability investigations and liaise with relevant departments.
*
Handle complex claims, including liability disputes and high-value cases.
*
Work with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies.
*
Identify and refer potentially fraudulent activity.
*
Ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the claims process.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 2 years' experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary consideration).
*
Strong customer service and communication skills.
*
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims effectively.
*
Active listening and relationship-building skills.
*
CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, supported by the company).
*
GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
