Job Description
LOCATION: Widnes
* JOB TITLE: Class 1 HGV Driver DAYS or TRAMPING
* TYPE: Walking Floor - Wood Chip - Training provided
* £16.59 including holidays
* £14.80 PAYE (without holidays)
Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for 3 experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Widnes
1x AM Monday to Friday (Day Driver)
1x AM Tuesday to Saturday (Day Driver)
1x Monday to Friday (Tramper)
Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:
* Wood Chip - Walking floor
* Starting times 05:00 – 07:00 DAYS
* Walking floor. (Training provided)
* 2-4 drops
* Average 12–13-hour shifts
Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete an induction and assessment prior to commencing work. If required full training will be given on the walking floor element.
Class 1 HGV drivers will require:
* Valid UK HGV licence for 2 years or more.
* Must have a minimum 6-month previous HGV driving experience.
* Digital tachograph card CPC card.
* Be professional and presentable at all times.
* Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
* Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
* No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99
