£18.19ph, £20.23ph on Saturdays, £21.25ph on Sundays!
Are you a skilled HGV driver seeking reliable, regular work during the afternoon and evening hours?
Pertemps has multiple openings for Class 1 C+E drivers with our client GXO in Newark. The role will be working days carrying out deliveries of electrical goods ranging from washing machines, fridge freezers, tumble driers and more. You will be delivering to regional distribution centres and Curry’s stores.
To get started, you’ll need to pass a Class 1 site assessment/induction, which is paid upon completion. The assessment takes 8 hours, is paid once passed and includes:
A multiple-choice questionnaire covering WTD and general knowledge
Pre-checks and coupling-up procedures
A driving assessment on the road
A classroom-based site induction
