Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Distribution Centre based in Branston as a Class 2 Delivery Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their driving career with Tue-Sat AM shifts.
Class 2 Delivery Driver
*
Days £14.95ph (+£1.80ph Hols up front if requested = £16.75ph)
*
Time & Half after 48 hours
*
Tue-Sat shifts available – Ongoing work.
*
Approx 10 hour shifts.
*
£50 weekly bonus for first 4 weeks.
Class 2 Delivery Driver Responsibilities
*
Curtainside work – Heavy Loading/Unloading required.
*
Customer Delivery – 2 man teams.
*
Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab.
*
Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving.
Essential Experience/ Qualities for this position
*
Great work ethic.
*
Minimum 6 Months UK Class 2 driving experience.
*
Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card.
*
Be professional and presentable at all times.
*
Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
*
Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
*
