Job Description
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher to work on a supply basis at a welcoming and inclusive 2-form entry school in Croydon. This flexible role will involve covering classes across KS2 on varied days, providing sickness cover, starting as soon as possible until July 2025.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging and effective KS2 lessons in line with the school's curriculum
Adapt to different classes and year groups as needed
Implement clear, consistent behaviour management strategies
Work collaboratively with classroom TAs and staff
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
Contribute to the positive and supportive school environment
Requirements:
UK recognised QTS
Solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Positive, flexible and proactive attitude
Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
Confident managing classroom behaviour in a variety of KS2 settings
Must be available for varied supply days from now until July 2025
