The Role:
As a Classroom Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the academic development of children within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will plan, deliver, and assess creative and challenging lessons, ensuring every student receives a tailored education that supports their individual learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded throughout your teaching.
Differentiate lessons and activities to cater to diverse learning needs, providing support for students with varying abilities and needs.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels respected and empowered to engage and succeed.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to support their ongoing development.
Work closely with colleagues to develop and share effective teaching strategies and resources to promote a collaborative learning environment.
Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, nurturing environment for every student.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in a Primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
A passion for teaching and a deep commitment to encouraging an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and an ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
