The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join this well-established provider of flexible workspace offices based in Ferndown. You’ll be supporting both our Marketing and Centre teams, turning warm enquiries into valuable opportunities – all while becoming a vital part of a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
* Managing a steady flow of warm leads - no cold calling needed
* Speaking to potential clients with confidence and clarity, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
* Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date with lead activity
* Following up on brochure downloads, website visitors, and broker referrals
* Reconnecting with older leads and spotting fresh opportunities
* Using light research (LinkedIn, Companies House) to enrich data
* Coordinating and booking viewings across our network of locations
* Supporting the marketing team in optimising lead conversion
What We Are Looking For
* A confident, friendly communicator - especially over the phone
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A self-starter who enjoys working independently and takes pride in their work
* CRM experience (or willing to learn) and strong IT skills, including Office365
* Someone who’s professional, polished, and thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment
