We are delighted to be partnered with our very successful facilities management client as they seek to recruit a Client Support Co-ordinator to join their team at their offices in East Grinstead. My client has a great reputation within their sector and offers an excellent environment and team in which to work. This role is a full time position (Mon-Fri (Apply online only)) with no weekend working. My client encourages staff to work from home one day per week.

There is plenty of free parking on site available for all staff and the offices are based a short walk from East Grinstead station
Salary £32000-£38000 per year depending on experience levels plus very good company benefits
This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills and experience gained within the contract management / facilities sector (preferably not essential)
The role - Client Support Co-ordinator
The role reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager. You'll be providing account management of allocated sites and report on contract performance to ensure an effective and proactive service to clients.
Duties will include
To be responsible for the management of the engineering resource calendar, ensuring works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management.
To be responsible for allocated sites, organising proactive service visits, reports, invoices and quotations.
Take the lead on sourcing stock and materials required for maintenance as required.
Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager, including filing and effective organisation of digital job files.
Send proactive booking reminders to clients for upcoming scheduled visits, ensuring that access has been arranged for allocated sites
Organise equipment deliveries, arranging commercial invoices and packing lists as required in compliance with customs requirements.
Co-ordinate and arrange engineer uniforms and PPE, undertaking regular checks to ensure that the uniform policy is adhered to and PPE stocks are sufficient.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Previous co-ordination experience - arranging diaries of field based staff
Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Logical thinker with natural problem solving skills
Good telephone manner and confidence in speaking with clients, engineers and sub-contractors
Good organisation and time management skills
