Role The primary purpose of the role is to create and deliver engaging clinical content supporting our clients' app, Specialist Support and Growth Marketing teams with client facing material. You will be responsible for conducting research and using your expertise to create interactive content through a multitude of mediums including on site & virtual presentations, articles and our podcast. This includes the creation of bespoke content for clients, keeping existing information up-to-date and supporting with reviewing content created by our counsellors and copywriters. Day To Day Responsibilities Responsible for facilitating workshops and webinars (in person & virtually) Responsible for creating and facilitating bespoke client facing content Responsible for creating and facilitating content for App To develop, review and approve clinical content prior to publication Responsible for maintaining existing workshops/webinars to ensure that the content is up-to-date, accurate and material is appropriate and relevant Undertake clinical research to ensure knowledge is current Manage an active caseload of structured counselling (90% content to 10% case work What You Bring To The Team Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling & minimum of 150 counselling hours To be a registered member of the BACP or equivalent Effective interpersonal communication skills Proficient IT skills (especially PowerPoint and MS teams) Able to demonstrate initiative and work independently Essential characteristics: organised, ability to engage an audience, and confident speaker with an ability to work to deadlines.
