What You’ll Do: As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the home's leadership team by:
Leading and inspiring a team of nurses and care professionals
Ensuring exceptional standards of care and clinical compliance
Driving innovation in care delivery and championing resident wellbeing
Supporting the Home Manager with day-to-day operational and clinical oversight
What You Need:
Valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)
Proven nursing experience, ideally with some exposure to leadership within a care home or similar setting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
