As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and regulations.
Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
Recognising and addressing safeguarding concerns.
Maintaining accurate and meaningful records.
Supporting a culture of kindness and inclusivity.
