Job Description
CMM ROLE - Milton Keynes
Salary is £57,050 plus £2000 shift uplift (nights only)
4X4 shift - we have days & nights available
In this role you will Carry out Dimensional Inspection of mechancial and machined components. This challenging position requires effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, intelligent judgment, achieving and maintaining production efficiency and most importantly, an unwavering dedication to the quality of our products.
The role:
Must have CMM experience
Working on CMM machines
Identify Non-conforming components, completion of Inspection reports and deliver accurate information to enable best decision making
Ensure that data provided is 100% reliable and accurate information and entered into the business systems correctly
Accurately write non-conformance reports to capture any dimensional or visual defects on engine components
Carry out daily calibration of required equipment
Work alongside Quality Engineers to review, create and improve on inspection processes and to support standard operating procedures to eliminate faults and maximise capabilities.
GD&T and in-depth knowledge of CMM's.
