CNC Machinist – Milling Biased (3-, 4- & 5-Axis)
📍 Farnborough / Camberley
💷 £32,000 – £42,000 DOE
🛠️ Milling (primary) with option to work on lathes too

We’re representing a forward-thinking precision engineering company with a fantastic reputation for high-end CNC work in modern motorsport, space engineering, and historic motorsport sectors. With recent investments in 5-axis machining and CAD/CAM software, they’re now looking to bring in a skilled CNC Machinist with a to join their growing team.
If you’re confident on 3- ,4- , or 5-axis vertical mills — and looking to develop further with CAD/CAM and multi-axis programming — this could be a great opportunity for you.

The Role
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (3-, 4-, and occasional 5-axis)
* Working to tight tolerances on complex parts for motorsport and other technical industries
* Occasional crossover support on CNC lathes (training provided)
* Interpreting engineering drawings and machining to spec
* Training on Autodesk CAD/CAM software (e.g. PowerMILL)
What They’re Looking For
* CNC Machinist with some experience on mills (3 or 4 axis at least)
* Confident setter/operator — programming experience highly beneficial
* Interest or exposure to 5-axis or offline CAD/CAM programming ideal
* Willingness to learn turning and develop multi-skilled capabilitiesBefore You Apply
