With a strong reputation for high-quality components and innovative engineering solutions, they specialise in CNC machining, tooling, and complex assemblies for major industry clients. Their advanced manufacturing facilities ensure they meet stringent industry standards, delivering precision-engineered products worldwide. Offline CNC Miller Overview: The CNC Miller will develop CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machine tools, ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes. The role involves creating setup sheets, tooling plans, and process control documentation, as well as optimising production routings, tooling, and inspection requirements. The ideal candidate will have precision engineering experience, a background in aerospace or defence manufacturing, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Responsibilities include process improvement, lean manufacturing implementation, and collaboration on new product introduction (NPI). The Role: As an Offline CNC Miller, you will be responsible for: Generating CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machine Mills or Mill/Turns using Edgecam, Mastercam or similar software. Developing setup sheets, tooling plans, and proving programs into production. Optimising manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring inspection requirements are integrated into the production process. Collaborating on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.  Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Offline CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling selection, and process control. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (EdgeCAM preferred). Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
