Job Description
Are you a skilled CNC Milling Programmer, Setter, and Operator looking for your next opportunity in a thriving and friendly team? Join a well-established and successful business specializing in small-batch work and one-offs for a range of industries, from aerospace to steam engines.
Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum
Location: Cradley
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC Vertical Milling Machines efficiently, including setting machines for operators.
* Read and interpret both metric and English engineering drawings accurately.
* Produce precise CNC programs using OneCNC CAD/CAM Software XR6 to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
* Machine your own jigs and fixtures for projects.
* Assist in developing and refining manufacturing processes for optimized performance.
* Train and support other team members in all aspects of the cell.
Required Knowledge & Experience
* Proficiency with Haas and Dai-Lih VMCs (Fanuc Controls).
* Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Strong communication skills.
* Flexible, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
* Adaptability to new technology and the ability to meet timetables and deadlines.

Hours & Benefits
* Standard Week: 40 hours (6 am–2 pm or 7 am–3 pm, Monday to Friday).
Occasional Saturday work may be required.
