CNC Production Supervisor
Salary: €50,000 DOE
Location: Co. Clare
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
Benefits: 20 days annual leave, discretionary year-end bonus based on individual and company performance
Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a specialist in high-precision manufacturing solutions, to support their search for a dedicated CNC Production Supervisor to join their team in Co. Clare.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with area supervisors and team leads to manage and prioritise staffing assignments in line with production schedules
Ensure continuous supply of CNC components to the production line, liaising with stores, purchasing, and external suppliers
Meet production targets as outlined by KPIs, monitoring and updating daily progress
Address and resolve production issues including quality, equipment, processes, and labour
Coordinate staff planned absences and liaise with HR on monthly and quarterly reviews
Direct and develop a multifunctional team environment, promoting flexibility and cross-training
Lead regular team meetings, aligning targets and addressing CNC production line issues
Drive a positive, solution-focused workplace culture
Communicate and enforce quality requirements and standards across the CNC team
Complete documentation in line with business and regulatory requirements
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the CNC manufacturing environment
Maintain a clean, organised, and FOD-free manufacturing area
Requirements
Proven experience in a CNC manufacturing environment, with prior leadership or supervisory experience
Background in industries such as metal fabrication or aerospace (preferred)
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team under pressure
Familiarity with CNC production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation standards in a manufacturing setting
Candidates must currently reside in Ireland and hold a valid work permit
