CNC Programmer responsibilities include -
Program CNC machines and robots for efficient and accurate operations.
Monitor production to meet daily targets and maintain high-quality output.
Optimise cutting paths and machine settings to improve performance.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machines or robots.
Implement Lean practices, including 5S and TPM, to support continuous improvement.
Train new employees and interpret technical drawings for accurate setup and execution.CNC Programmer desirable skills and experience -
Experience working within a similar role - Milling machines.
Experience CNC programming (offline).
Confident with modern-day manufacturing technology.
