Day or Late Shift
Leighton Buzzard
Salary: £32k-£38k per year (experience-dependent) + late shift premium: time + one-third

A long-established and highly respected local manufacturer is on the lookout for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team. With a reputation for excellence in aerospace, oil & gas, and defense industries, this company offers a chance to work with cutting-edge projects and grow your skills.
What We Need From You:
Proven experience programming, setting, and operating 2-axis turning machines.
The ability to write CNC programs longhand (because shortcuts are for amateurs).
Familiarity with 'Manual Guide i' software and G-codes.
Experience with in-process inspections and a range of hard/soft metals.
A knack for interpreting complex engineering drawings and meeting tight tolerances.
Fanuc control experience? Even better!
Oh, and confidence working with large parts? You'll fit right in (we've got hoist training covered).

Flexible shifts:
Day Shift: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2:30pm.
Late Shift: Mon-Wed 4:30pm-3:30am, Thu 4:30pm-1:30am.
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + extra time off over Christmas shutdown.
