Key Responsibilities:
Precision Engineering: Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with utmost accuracy.
Programming Expertise: programme and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently, ensuring high-quality output.
Quality Assurance: Consistently produce components that meet exact specifications, maintaining our high standards.
CAD Software: Experience with CAD software is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
Workflow Management: Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure a seamless production process.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve working processes to enhance efficiency and quality. What We're Looking For:
Strong Communicator: You should be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset are crucial for success in this role.
