Job Description
Mazco Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join a precision engineering company on a day shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes—particularly the XYZ Proturn RLX 425 or machines equipped with Fanuc control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to manufacture precision components.
*
Working from technical drawings to produce parts to tight tolerances.
*
Programming directly at the machine using Fanuc or ProtoTRAK (XYZ Proturn RLX 425) controls.
*
Ensuring quality checks are carried out during and after machining.
*
Performing routine maintenance on machinery.
*
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a similar role.
*
Strong programming skills using Fanuc or ProtoTRAK / Proturn control systems.
*
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
*
Confident working to tight tolerances with minimal supervision.
*
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
