About the Role:
Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and passionate about craftsmanship? We’re looking for a skilled Coach Builder to join our clients specialist team working on bespoke commercial vehicle conversions. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality, custom-built vehicle bodies that are made to last.
This is a dynamic, workshop-based position where initiative, precision, and practical knowledge are key.
What You’ll Do:

Build and fit custom vehicle bodies using engineering schematics
*
Install insulated panels and complete internal/external bodywork
*
Carry out basic electrical installations (e.g., lights and accessories)
*
Use power tools and hand tools confidently and safely
*
Follow fabrication plans accurately, whether jigged or freeform
*
Contribute to site maintenance and promote a clean, organised workspace
*
Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For:
*
Prior experience in fabrication or coachbuilding (at least 1 year preferred)
*
Practical understanding of commercial vehicle assembly
*
Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings
*
Comfortable using workshop equipment and tools (own tools required)
*
Own transport is essential due to location
*
A strong work ethic, with a focus on safety and quality
