We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coded Welder to join our team in Wednesbury. This is a temp-to-perm position offering a competitive hourly rate of £15.50. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting up and operating welding machines, ensuring high-quality welds in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
Perform welding tasks in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Coded Welder.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
A weld test will be conducted as part of the selection process.Benefits:
