We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Coffee Engineer to join a fast-growing, passionate team in the world of specialty coffee. This is not your average engineering role — it’s a hybrid of technical mastery and customer connection.
Covering a dynamic region from the Cotswolds to the M4 corridor, you’ll support our wholesale partners — cafés, restaurants, hotels and more — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining espresso machines and coffee equipment. At the same time, you’ll act as a trusted ambassador, building relationships, offering expert guidance, and helping partners get the very best from our coffee.

What You’ll Do
Service, maintain, and repair commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
Provide on-site training and support to wholesale partners
Build and strengthen customer relationships with a focus on long-term value
Spot opportunities to grow our regional presence and improve partner performance
Act as the face of the company for partners across the Cotswolds and M4 corridor
Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and shape a better customer experience

A strong background in espresso machine engineering and servicing
