The role of Collections Account Manager (FTC) is an 8-month fixed-term contract focused on managing arrears under 60 days, ensuring accurate cash allocation, and building strong internal and external relationships to support timely payment. Client Details My client is based in Richmond upon Thames, offers a great work culture and fantastic benefits. Their offices are located in close proximity to Richmond train station. Description The key responsibilities for the role of Collections Account Manager (FTC) include: Manage and reduce arrears under 60 days through proactive collection activity Accurately allocate incoming payments in coordination with the accounts team Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure prompt payment Administer late payment interest charges where applicable Ensure compliance with internal policies, Consumer Credit Legislation, and the Data Protection Act Support with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed Profile The successful candidate for the role of Collections Account Manager (FTC) will have: Minimum 2 years experience in debt collection or credit control, with strong knowledge of arrears management. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong Excel proficiency and ability to resolve technical allocation and reconciliation issues. Proactive approach to building relationships and driving timely payment resolutions.
