My Client, a dynamic, family-owned manufacturing business with a £75m turnover, known for operational excellence and strong supplier partnerships, is on a journey of growth and modernisation, has created this new Commercial Analyst role to join their Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Commercial, to help facilitate their anticipated growth.
About the Role
As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting their pricing, quoting, and tender preparation processes.
You’ll be instrumental in enhancing profit margins and delivering key business insights through strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Quote Management: Ensure accurate and competitive quoting for customers.

Pricing Strategy: Optimise pricing to maximise business margins.
*
Tender Preparation: Develop and submit tenders aligned with strategic objectives.
*
Commercial Analysis: Identify opportunities and support decision-making through insightful data analysis.
*
Reporting & Visualisation: Create commercial reports and data visualisations that drive informed business decisions.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be several years into their career already, and is able to demonstrate a successful track record within a commercial function in a UK Manufacturing business.
Your CV should demonstrate examples of where you have made a difference re pricing/tenders/identifying opportunities to make/save money.
A degree is not essential, though could be beneficial, especially if in a Finance/Business subject.
