Job Description
Role: Commercial Gas Engineer
Salary: up to £47,000 D2D
Location: Manchester (50-Mile Radius)

£47,000 salary – paid door to door
*
Mercedes vans – fully kitted and racked (private use being introduced)
*
22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x

5% pension contribution

Core working hours: 08:00 – 17:00

No emergency callouts (may be introduced later)
Location: Based in Manchester, covering sites within a 50-mile radius. Current clients include offices, landlords and tenants, and the real estate sector. This may expand as the business grows.
The Role: We’re expanding our M&E services off the back of long-standing fabric and reactive maintenance contracts. You’ll be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive gas and mechanical works
*
Supporting the team with general PPMs and occasional small general repairs
*
Travelling across the Northwest, predominantly within 50 miles of Manchester
You’ll mainly focus on your trade but will need to be hands-on and flexible to support the wider team as needed.
