Commercial Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Managing projects from work winning stage through to final accounts
- Client, consultants management
- Preconstruction set up, cost planning
- Resource management - building quality teams across all projects
- Reporting upline to Board
Commercial Manager experience required:
- Minimum 5 years Commercial Manager experience
- Top Main Contractor / Client Side Consultancy experience
- Excellent NEC contract knowhow
- Degree educated or similar
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken
