Job Title: Commercial Loan Broker
Location: Watford
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic salary, realistic OTE £60,000 - £70,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Loan Broker:
Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.
Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.
Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.Experience and skills required for the role of Commercial Loan Broker:
Prior experience giving commercial loan advice, with a proven track record of success is essential
Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
